Items are normally shipped on the same working day or the next working day after payment clears into our account. Shipping is normally via Royal Mail First Class post (for UK deliveries), or Airmail (for overseas destinations). Occasionally we will use a tracked courier service for orders over 2Kg. UK orders over £50 in value and overseas orders over £100 in value are normally sent by a signed-for delivery service (eg. Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Airmail International Signed For).

All orders should arrive within the following delivery timescales:

UK = Typically 1 to 3 days, maximum 7 days

Europe = Typically 3 to 7 days, maximum 14 days

USA, Australia, and all other destinations = Typically 7 to 14 days, maximum 28 days
