You can shop with confidence at Sounds Heavenly! All of our advertised products are supported by a full money-back promise – if you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it to us (in the same condition that it was sent) so that it reaches us within 60 days of your original purchase date and we will cheerfully give you a full refund of the price that you paid. If you need to return an item to us in line with our Returns Policy, we will not normally offer to refund additional expenses (ie. your return postage costs), except under exceptional circumstances.

The only exceptions to our Return Policy are items which we have custom-built to your specification – if you wish to return an item that we have specially made at your request, then please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you feel that the item supplied is not as described. Custom orders are offered in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and (as with all of our products) they still carry a full 12 month warranty against defects.
